In this episode, I’ll be talking about how deliberate practice makes talent. Many people have an idea planted in their heads that talent is something you’re born with. When in fact, talent is something that is made and developed over time by passionate, hard-working, and dedicated people.
From a young age, people are drilled with this idea that individuals are born talented. Once people are told that they are talented, they might start to slack, and thus, lose or forget their craft.
Practice makes perfect. If you have a passion or a craft, then you should work hard at it daily to keep your craft alive.

There are so many incredible people in the world with amazing talents. It can be so easy to put ourselves down when we compare ourselves to such talented people. These incredible people worked, practiced, and spent time on their craft. This can lead to a negative self-reflection – why haven’t I achieved this? Why am I not as good as this person?
Deliberate Practice Makes Talent and Nothing Else Matters
Today, we spend too much time and energy thinking about other people, their accomplishments, and not our own. We are all so scared of failure that we don’t want to try in the first place.
Failure does not have to be negative. Why can’t it be a good thing? Am I successful in everything that I want to achieve?
No! Absolutely not! This is good because I can grow, learn and perfect my craft from my failures.
This is not the way we should live our life on this earth, we need to embrace our failings, embrace our flaws and accomplish our own goals in life.
