In this episode, I’ll be chatting about how to use meditation to build synchronicity.
As most of you may know, I spend a lot of time meditating. I also recommend meditation as a tool for pretty much everything. Whatever you are trying to improve in your life (personal or professional), meditation is always my solution to that something!
These long hours spent sitting down in stillness, taught me how to pay attention and live in the moment.
As I meditate more, I become more attuned to what my gut is telling me, and as I listen more, I become more synchronized with the universe as a whole.
As a result, I became more aware of the messages the universe is sending towards me. I can ask the universe for something and the universe sends me signals on how to receive that particular item in the best manner possible.
I am at peace with myself, and I want you guys to be able to build up that synchronicity, become more alert, and be able to follow your intuition more.
