I have a yoga practice of 2-3 hours every day. It’s part of my daily spiritual practice, and it’s non-negotiable. Of course, there are some exceptions, like when I’m traveling long distances, or when I am jetlagged going from North America to Asia.

I feel like all of my problems would disappear if I started focusing on the answers that I find within myself, rather than the ones that appear from the outside. Or are forced to appear from the outside. Why do we look for answers outside ourselves?
Don’t get a big head. You are not the creator. Just a creative conduit. You are merely the medium that was chosen for God or that higher intelligence to work through you. All you need to worry about is to how to become a creative conduit more easily.
Most of us know that meditation is a powerful tool that can absolutely and completely transform our lives for the better. Then why aren’t we using it in the specific ways that it is meant to be used? Why are we being so fickle or temperamental with its usage?
Are you rushing through life instead of living each moment in the here and now? Are you imagining that there’s something better at the end of the tunnel, at the end of all of that rushing?
I’m sure you have hundreds of ‘important’ things on your to-do list, but perhaps slowing down isn’t one of them. Maybe it isn’t even on your radar.
